HOME LENDING SERVICE
To encourage the use of the library, books, periodicals etc are issued for home reading as well as for reading room to the students, to complete their tutorials and assignments.
Reference books, journals etc are required by the teachers to update their knowledge in their respective fields. Non Teaching staff demands the books like University Acts, Statues, Standard Code etc. reading material required by all users is made available by library.
For issuing books we use the Browny's Card System. Students could use the books in the reading room by keeping their I-Cards on issuing counter.
For lecturers the Register System is used for issuing books.

REFERENCE SERVICE
This includes assistance to user in the use of library, locating specific documents, bibliographic search and providing on specific topics.

READING ROOM
The Reading Room Sundays! The reading room has a collection of books pertaining to course.Reading room is a facility for serious study and no gossiping, chatting is permitted. Keep your mobile phones in silent mode when you are in the reading room. You should return the reading room books on the same day before you leave the reading room. om is open from 09.00am to 06.00 on all working days.The library has a pleasant and well ventilated reading room facility for students with seating capacity of 35 students. During peak examination time the reading room is kept open even

REPROGRAPHY SERVICES
You can also avail the reprography service of the college library for getting any reading material photocopied for a nominal charge. This facility is offered only for photocopying only a section or part of a book and not the entire book as it is volatile of Copyrights Act.

Another interesting feature of your library is that you don’t have to personally come all the way to the library. Instead, you can now search the availability of a particular book in the library, seated in your cozy chair in your home. Visit the college website www.coe.kces.in where you will find a link for college library Web OPAC. By clicking on the link you can conveniently search the library collection.

ACCESS TO E-BOOKS AND E-JOURNALS
Through the NLIST service of INFLIBNET the college has access to over 2,200 ejournals of international eminence and over 53,000 ebooks on various subjects.All students are provided conditional access to these resources. For this, you need to provide your name and the email id to the Librarian, and obtain the username and passwords for you. Co There is no charge for this and is offered free!

INTER LIBRARY LOAN
Inter library loan service is also available for other colleges in our library.

CURRENT AWARENESS SERVICE
Library displays the cutting on current topics on the notice board of library. Separate file of published news related with institution is also maintained by the college.

FACILITY FOR OUTSIDE STUDENTS
Students from adjacent colleges also have temporary membership facility in our library.

BOOK BANK SCHEME
Book Bank scheme is provided to the students which are Economically Backwards.
