To assist students in exploring and understanding various career options available to them based on their interests, skills, and aptitudes.

To help students to assess their strengths, weaknesses, values, and personality traits to align their career choices with their personal attributes.

To give guidance on educational pathways, including course selection, majors, minors, and additional qualifications required for specific careers.

To guide the students in setting realistic and achievable career goals and objectives.

To organise the skills development programmes to get opportunity for their career enhancement.

To Offer counseling and support to individuals facing career-related stress, anxiety, or uncertainty.

To advise on opportunities for further education and lifelong learning to stay competitive in the job market.

To made collaboration employers, industry professionals, and academic departments to facilitate internships, job placements, and experiential learning opportunities.

To establish a resource center with books, publications, and online resources related to career development and job search.

Collect feedback from individuals to continuously improve the services and resources offered by the Career Counseling Cell.
