The College for Teacher Education (CTE)

College of Teacher Educator is awarded to our college by ministry of HRD, Govt. of India for excellence in pre service and in-service teacher educator program since 2005. The objective of CTE is to enhance the quality of pre- service and in- service teacher education programme for the teachers of Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar districts. The financial grant form the government is received for three purposes. To establish the proper infrastructure, to purchase the required equipments and to conduct the academic activities to enhance the knowledge of teachers. With the help of the financial aid received by the Government the college has developed a well equipped ICT laboratory and conducted in service training program for secondary teachers in Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar district with collaboration of other colleges. Dr. Y. S. Rao is working as a principal and Dr. A. R. Rane is working as a coordinator for this center. The programme is conducted in the following centers. The college organized the in-service training programme with collaboration of various institutions in the year 2006-07

The CTE conducted the Orientation Programme for Improvement in school and classroom Teaching Process through Action Research with collaboration of Abhy College of Education, Dhule in the year 2006-07.

The CTE conducted the twining program with DES College of Education, Dhule orientation on for starveling for better Environment through Education.

And also conducted Orientation Programme for physical Teacher to enhance the better environment for sports, Games and health of students in Secondary School collaboration with Jaihind College Dhule in the year 06-07.

The college organized the in-service training programme with collaboration of various institutions in the year 2007-08

The CTE conducted the Orientation Programme for secondary teachers on Personality Development (focused Secondary school students) with collaboration of Abhy College of Education, Dhule in the year 2007-08.

The CTE conducted the twining program with Adivasi shikshan sanths`s College of Education , Navapur , Dist. Nandurbar on personality development of secondary school students in the year 2007-08.
